One of the greatest things about RF-microneedling, is that patients usually experience minimal downtime and have few restrictions following treatment. The treated area will be red and slightly swollen for about 24-48 hours. However, a deeper, more aggressive treatment, if needed for your desired outcome, may require longer downtime. Our provider can provide a more accurate downtime during your consultation.
The procedure itself takes about 20-30 minutes depending on the treated area. We will apply a topical numbing agent to the area for about 30 minutes prior to the treatment.
Results can be seen after just 1 treatment. However, to help achieve the maximum benefit a series of 3 treatments is recommended, with each treatment 4-weeks apart.
