ELIMINATE AGE SPOTS WITH

IPL PHOTOREJUVENATION

What It Is & How It Works

IPL Photorejuvenation is an Intense Pulsed Light treatment that gently and effectively eliminates sun/age spots, discolorations, hyperpigmentation, freckles, rosacea, broken blood vessels, and acne blemishes.
IPL works by penetrating the dermal layer of the skin to repair damage. The light source stimulates new collagen to tighten and lift the skin while correcting uneven skin texture and tone.
IPL PhotoRejuvenation can improve your skin tone and skin elasticity with the reduction of pore size. It can also treat acne, and it is often sought after as an alternative treatment option because of its ability to clear up skin by 80% with just a few treatments!
IPL treatments usually last around 20-40 minutes.

Light pulses penetrate the tissue and create heat, targeting the skin imperfection. The body’s natural process then removes the treated tissue, while collagen and elastin stimulation occurs, resulting in a visible improvement in skin tone and overall skin appearance.

The treatment is gentle and should not feel uncomfortable. You may experience a warm or prickling sensation as the IPL is applied to the skin. The IPL has integrated cooling to ensure maximum comfort.

Some skin concerns such as shallow pigmentation and age/sun spots can be cleared with as few as 1-2 treatments. Typically 2-6 sessions with 2-4 weeks in between are needed to achieve optimal results for most skin concerns.

Immediately following treatment, you may experience some redness, depending on your customized treatment settings. The redness will usually disappear within a few hours. In most cases, makeup may be applied immediately after treatment, and daily activities can be resumed the same day. You should avoid direct sun exposure  for a few weeks following treatment and apply daily sunscreen.
